Linda Wegner is an experienced business and agricultural researcher and writer. After working as a reporter for San Francisco-based OTR Global for nearly a decade, she is now applying her acquired skills, experience and knowledge to other projects. Whether working with her company team or partnering with other individuals or companies,

With well over 1,000 business, agricultural, feature and inspirational articles published in books and magazines all across North America, Linda Wegner’s writing speaks to a wide range of people living in a variety of different communities. Her articles have been published in Country Life in B.C., Western Producer, Business Examiner, Business Vancouver Island and affiliates as well as in a number of Saskatchewan newspapers and several dozen denominational publications

This versatile writer has published three books: Streams of Grace-a history of the Apostolic Church of Pentecost, What’s to be done with a Pumpkin – a guide to event planning and Lavender and Whiskers, a compilation of published syndicated column articles. She is a regular contributor to Powell River Living, Invest Northwest Publishing and affiliates, Country Life in BC, Carlyle Observer, Weyburn Weekly, Estevan Lifestyles and The Battlefords News-Optimist.

Linda is an accomplished public speaker and workshop presenter. She was a workshop consultant for the Agricultural Institute of Management in Saskatchewan during its entire mandate and is a guest presenter at Career Link: Powell River’s Job Source. An active member of Sunshine Speakers Toastmasters, she is scheduled to speak at the Women’s Institute National Convention on Vancouver Island in June 2012.

As a cancer survivor and the founder of a business, Linda knows that life’s challenges can be overcome; drawing from her experiences, she brings practical wisdom, enthusiasm and humor to every presentation or workshop.
