For the past five years Linda has worked as an independent contractor for OTR Global, a San Francisco-based company.

Building on the foundation of this international non-profit organization and an already proud history of service to the Upper Sunshine Coast, she sees her recent election to the position as an opportunity  to give back to the community.

Join the many local and out-of-town guests as together we celebrate Blackberry Bon Fete: A Celebration of Local Flavours and Local Impact . This United Way fall campaign kick-off event takes place on August 18 and is a new and exciting part of Powell River's famous Blackberry Festival Week - August 14 -21.
